今天是妈妈的生日，小明想做一顿饭。

Today is Mom's birthday, and Xiao Ming wants to cook a meal.

他把鸡蛋拿出来，放在桌子上。

Tā bǎ jīdàn ná chūlái, fàng zài zhuōzi shàng.

He took the eggs out and put them on the table.

爸爸把买好的菜拿进了厨房。

Bàba bǎ mǎi hǎo de cài ná jìn le chúfáng.

Dad carried the groceries he bought into the kitchen.

小明把菜洗干净了。

Xiǎo Míng bǎ cài xǐ gānjìng le.

Xiao Ming washed the vegetables clean.

Bàba bǎ jīdàn zuò chéng le yí gè rè cài.

Dad made the eggs into a hot dish.

At six o'clock, Mom came home.

She put down her bag and saw the dishes on the table.

小明大声说：“妈妈，生日快乐！”

Xiao Ming said loudly, "Mom, happy birthday!"

妈妈把小明拉到身边。

Māma bǎ Xiǎo Míng lā dào shēnbiān.

Mom pulled Xiao Ming to her side.

她把蛋糕上的水果分给大家。

Tā bǎ dàngāo shàng de shuǐguǒ fēn gěi dàjiā.

She shared the fruit from the cake with everyone.

小明把这个晚上记在了心里。

Xiǎo Míng bǎ zhège wǎnshang jì zài le xīnli.

Xiao Ming kept this evening in his heart.
